Okay, NOW I will start working on my Fakemon region. I haven't been doing adoptables at all because I'm trying to build up my fakedex first. I am revamping all my Fakemon sprites and may edit the designs of all the fakemon I have out so far (there are several I'm definitely editing). This was a project I've wanted to finish last year but put it off. I really want to see it through to the end.
I'm getting back into the swing of DA. *dusts off account* hehe.
I will take Fakemon sprite requests now, as long as it is for one Fakemon per request (just one for now).

I haven't updated this Journal since.. 2012? I just want to say that I'm not dead, I've just been very busy (busy enough that it seems my most "recent" art was posted last year). I do log in at least once every couple of weeks to check on messages and comment on a few things though.

Want to make your own Monster Battle Game?

Do you or a group of people you know want to make your own monster battle game but want a game base to start off with?
One of the developer/game owners I help with (Kyro/Kaikyro (https://www.deviantart.com/kaikyro)) is offering an opportunity for a group of people to make their own separate monster battle based game using the game mechanics and features that he coded and will continue to code into his latest game, MonsterBattleArena.
The game mechanics will be set up similar to MonsterBattleArena, so you can check that game out to see the style of game you would be working with (or if you don't want to make an account, check out the gameplay samples on the g

Today I was informed by a co-mod of MonsterRanch that my sprites and some other artist sprites from the game MonsterRanch were taken and used on the site EggRanch without my permission or the permission of Kyro, the owner of MonsterRanch.
Even if they credited us on the bottom of the page, the fact remains that they are using my art without asking, and I personally did not want my sprites used on any other game made by other people unless they obtained the rights to use them from me or Kyro, and I specifically stated that my sprites were for use on MonsterRanch (also GeoMonsters and GeoSociety too) on many of my sprite deviations posted here

so you are starting your own region and dex huh? excellent. I have a trio of a team working on the Merto Region.
If you're interested, you can join the design team. If payment is required, just name your rate. We've already established some 30 fakes and their official art is coming soon.
We don't have a spriter and may be in need of some fresh concepts. Basically the Merto region is an underground region based on an old episode of Pokemon where Ash gets picked up by an Aerodactyl. I figured the tunnel those fossil pokemon were found in must lead somewhere so why not a "Journey to the Center of the Earth" type region full of living fossil pokemon
