Description
Yes, at last I am finally doing an actual digital art of the grass starter of my-region-that-has-no-name!
========MRO STUFF============
Before you say anything, yes my original sprite version of this fakemon is in the game [MonsterRanch] and my original sprite version of Ferleaf can be viewed [HERE] and my original drawing of it is [HERE].
=======================
Ferleaf's leaves absorb sunlight and helps it produce food during the times that meat is scarce. It also uses its leaves to camouflage itself in bushes and shrubs. This creature has been around since the time of KABUTO and LILEEP, but it is so shy of people that was hardly ever seen.
Wild Ferleaf are extremely difficult to capture so scientists have instead revived this creature from the numerous Ferleaf Leaf fossils that have been discovered and bred them in captivity to give away as starters.
Ferleaf's name is derived from Fern + Leaf. It is based on a Dimetrodon but people call this a Stegosaurus which is fine too, except that Ferleaf eats lots of meat
The names Kabuto and Lileep belong to the creators of Pokemon.
