Nene Fakemon

*edit: okay, I figured out what categories fakemon go under so they are not in my scraps anymore *

While I work on my fakemon sprites I'm attempting some digitally colored fakemon on the side. These are fakemon based on the Nene, or Hawaiian Goose.

Nenling
Although these little geese have large floppy feet, it is not to swim but to use as anti-slip padding when walking on rocky and steep terrain. They have dark heads to blend in with rocks when they crouch down.

Nenling's name derives from "nene" + "gosling"


Nenese
Nenese are good fliers despite the fact that they spend most of the time walking around. They enjoy plucking berries and storing it in their cheeks for eating later.
