This is my contest entry #1 of 5 for 
's fakemon contest. The first round is to draw a pre-evo of an official pokemon that has 2 or less evolutions. So I chose a Doduo.
The name Doduno or Douno would have been a logical choice for naming a baby Doduo, but almost everyone on the internet who made a baby doduo fakemon named it that! So I made a Doudini, whose name derives from Dodo and tiny. I also wanted it to resemble a dodo bird more than a fuzzy brown ostrich XD
In addition, since I seem to be disqualified from the last fakemon contest I was in for having a solid colored background, I decided to make no background at all and leave it completely transparent. So if the image background looks black, click to enlarge the image!
