This is a Skitty art based on a Christmas Pokemon sprite Cece made =P. The sprite was a white ribbon Skitty with green ears (the coloring is supposed to be based on snow and Christmas). I am not allowed to say what the original sprite is for yet, but I will edit this description once it is revealed.
